Shipping Policy

At Nua’s Studio, we want to make sure your new gear gets to you quickly and safely. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days once payment is confirmed. We use reliable courier services for deliveries across Malaysia, and you can expect your item to arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping fees will be shown at checkout based on your order and address. As soon as we ship your item, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Prefer to pick it up yourself? No problem, just get in touch with us to arrange a self pickup at our studio!

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nua’s Studio, we take great care in describing and inspecting every preloved item we sell. Because of the nature of second hand goods, all sales are final.

We strongly encourage you to review all product photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Warranty & Return Conditions (Electronics Only):
If your item has a problem with its electronic functions (e.g., no sound, faulty electronics), we do accept returns or warranty claims. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
You must present a valid purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
You must submit an appeal if you wish to return the item.

Returned items must be kept in original condition.

Once the item is received and verified, a refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

Shipping Damage:
If your item arrives with physical damage from shipping (e.g., broken parts due to mishandling):

Nua’s Studio is not responsible for the courier’s actions.
However, we will assist you in filing a damage claim with the courier company and guide you through the process.
