• Items labeled with “USED” are pre owned and sold as-is based on photos. Expect minor signs of use. All items are tested before listing and re-tested before shipping to ensure functionality.
• We do not undervalue items or mark them as gifts for customs purposes.

We provide a 1 month warranty for guitars only, starting from the delivery date.

This warranty covers:

• Electronic parts only (e.g., pickups, wiring, switches)
• Functional defects, not cosmetic wear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications

To make a claim:

• Contact us within the warranty period
• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue
• Present a valid purchase receipt as proof

Important:
This warranty does not apply to other items such as pedals, amplifiers, accessories, or non guitar products.
We’ll be happy to assist you if any eligible issue arises during the warranty period.

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
