We provide a 1 month warranty for acoustic guitars with built-in pickups only, starting from the delivery date.

What this warranty covers:

• Electronic components only (e.g., pickups, onboard preamps, battery compartments)

• Functional defects in the electronics — not cosmetic issues or damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

Important Notes:

• Acoustic guitars without pickups are sold strictly as-is, based on the photos and descriptions provided. These units do not come with any warranty.

• This warranty does not cover structural, cosmetic, or playability issues unrelated to the electronics.

To make a warranty claim:

• Contact us within the warranty period

• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

• Present a valid purchase receipt as proof of purchase

This warranty does not apply to other items such as pedals, amplifiers, accessories, or non-guitar products.

We’re happy to assist you with any eligible issues during the warranty period for acoustic guitars equipped with pickups.

Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
